        Horrible service rude and nasty the third time I went and let them know of an issue with my nails was Called picky remind u this is considered a Spa.... And not give my money back after she took the nails off instead gave me a gift card which isn't worth that amount the prices go up when u pay with car or gift certificate plus the wax they use smells like fish

        not happy at all with this pla...

        not happy at all with this place. Very unprofessional people, only spoke in Chinese entire time I was there, and would not like to conversate at all with me. My gels came out in 4 days. I think I have never been to horrible place in my life then this place. They did such horrible job and made me bleed when doing my manicure and did not apologize at all. No hand massage or foot massage. I would highly recommend NOT to go to this place.

        Great First Time

        I just had my first visit at this location today. I received a great Mani/Pedi deal for $25 (they charge $30 if you use credit).

        I had May take care of me and she was wonderful! Great attention to detail and the service took a little over an hour. I rated it a four because I feel the place needs a little more attention to cleaning (mirrors and cabinets had smudges and their auto hand towel dispenser was not dispensing paper towels in the bathroom due to low battery and the back room where the bathroom was, was a tad messy) but the bathroom was clean which is a good sign to me.

        At the end of my service May performed a back rub which was a nice treat since her foot/leg/hand massages were excellent.

        I can honestly say it was relaxing and the spa chair was a nice rolling massage chair.



        I will be back!

        What a hidden treasure. I live within walking distance and just made my second visit to this place. Very clean, friendly and very accomodating. Great pricing, great service and great hours for the working person. Will continue to go and recommend without hesitation.

        I will NEVER go anywhere else except for Mimi Nails. The salon is CLEAN, the staff are FRIENDLY and the owner is top notch and she does my nails PERFECTLY. I have gotten a new set, refills and pedicures and I have NO complaints whatsoever! I love the fact that I can make an appointment, there is candy and water and the customers and multiple big screen TVs.

        Very clean and friendly. The new owner is up on the new trends in the business. I felt that I got a great service for a great price. I was here before and see that the new owner has changed lots of things for the better, from awful service to top notch service. I will now remain a loyal customer.

        I recommend Mimi Nails highly. The new owner demands excellence in every aspect. ALL tools are always sterilized or opened new with each step of the pedicure or nail procedure. With so many nail shops out there, it is extremely important to feel all attention is on YOU while you are there..spending your hard earned money. I love the spacious, clean and bright appearance. So many nail salons have that cramped feeling. The Sunday hours are also a big plus.

        Shop has been under new ownership since Jan. 2011. It was Totaly remodeled and is very clean. The staff if friendly and very professional and attentive to your needs. There are 3 big screen tv's to enjoy and hot coffee and tea are available while you enjoy your visit.
