The owner is really nice. My kids love it there. He works with you if you have new ideas, financial issues etc etc..
The owner is wonderful unless there is a problem. If there is a problem she won't return phone calls or emails. She had promised to return a portion of camp tuition bavk in July. - i am still waiting.
Bad customer service, awful communication between staff and owner. And once they take your money, they won’t care i your child isn’t happy; they won’t refund your money for any reason; and they would not even take a minute to respond to your inquiry; they will ignore your communications and treat you like a nuisance. Very disappointing to say the least!
