Bake Rite Rolls is a branch of Northeast Foods, a supplier of buns to the McDonald s fast food chain. Established in 1965, the company has baking facilities and distribution centers in Edison, N.J.; Dayville, Conn.; Fredericksburg, Va.; and Baltimore. In 2004, Northeast Foods received a Quality Award at the McDonald s Purchasing Supplier Summit for its investment in technology and speed to market. Bake Rite Rolls offers an automated draft program to McDonald s owner/operators, which automatically deducts weekly invoices from their accounts to ensure that their bun stock never runs low. Bake Rite Rolls employs more than 175 people at its plant in Bensalem, Pa.
