Diamond Auto Body provides great customer service! When I showed up, my car was taken in on time. The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful and explained pros and cost of whether to file an insurance claim. I was able to get appointments within 2-3 days for estimate and to have the work done. They took me to/from the metro station because I was not getting a rental car. Highly recommended.
Diamond Auto Body, what can we say about this shop? I beleive this shop is one of the best in the area, it's located in the heart of Beltsview and minutes away from College Park.. The staff here is courtsery and ustomer service firendy, and they are here to help you through any problems, espically if you are in a finacial problem they will try "TRY" to help you as much as possible. There services is fast and on-time, the body shop is one of the best atmosphere and treat you like royality. I reccommended eeeryone who has any problems with there cars to come to DIAMOND AUTO BODY.. Your car will be treated like a Diamond..
