Capital Image

My printer was not repaired properly. Your company charged me on the 1st visit and never responded when I called back because the printer was making the same rattling noise. I had to have a company from silver spring come out and their tech solved the problem in a matter of minutes. I was informed by the tech that the part you "OVER CHARGED" me for was a rebuilt part. So disappointed with your company. I have many more printers in my office and will never suggest your company to another.

My machine was never fixed properly. I had to pay another company to repair my machine. not happy that i still had to pay you guys.

Service was not what we expected. After being charged to come out to look at the machine Capital Image could not find the part. We located and ordered the part and then was told it would be a week or more before Capital Image could come out ti install the part. I would not recommend Capital Image. Poor business habits!

Excellent response time, and very courteous technicians
