Jack in the Box

Always have a bad experience here and tonight it was 5 am so it was the only choice around and we were craving curly fries so we went. We got $20 worth of food and when we handed the guy a $100 dollar bill we were told they couldn't brake it. As much business as a franchise like jack n the box gets you would think they could do such a thing. But this one particular location gets nothing but bad reviews from everyone and something needs to be done.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. The dining room was closed due to a malfunctioning soda machine that was being repaired. Along with the "closed" sign was a sign stating that local school district employees were eligible for a 10% discount on their order. That made me decide to go ahead and use the drive through. The car ahead of me placed their order and proceeded in a timely manner. When I pulled up to order, I was told to wait. So I waited... and waited... and waited a ridiculous amount of time. When I was finally able to order, I had to repeat my order several times for the employee to get it correctly. When I pulled up to the window, I presented my school ID badge and was told they are "taking a break from discounts." On top of that, I was unable to get the milkshake I had ordered because the machine was out of mix. (advertised as "real ice cream" in their shakes?) Instead of the shake, I was offered their chocolate cake dessert at no charge. I had ordered the Cheddar-Onion Melt burger. It had two slices of very cold cheese on it that were too cold to even start melting from the temperature of the burger and grilled onions. The fries were as good as ever and were the only positive about this visit. It will be a very long time before I consider visiting this particular restaurant again.

The lady we had take our order was loud, yelling in the microphone and very rude. Tried to tell her how I wanted our burgers made and she kept ignoring me and asking other questions of less importance. Needless to say food was not very good - chicken on the sandwiches was rubbery and tasted fake. Not sure I will be back, especially to that location.

The food has been cold. When I call to get it fixed nobody wants to answer. The employee did not give me a receipt either. I will not be returning.

Restaurant is always neat and clean. Food is hot and fresh.

It is really to place to eat fastfood at!!!
