Texas Roadhouse

We used their call ahead service to get in line about an hour before we wanted to eat, the time they told us to check in one hour and ten minutes later, perfect. We got to the restaurant 10 minutes prior to that time and the parking lot was full and at least 30 people waiting inside and more than that outside. I made the wrong decision to park on the grass next to someone who was already parked there (BAD MOVE). Got to the check in desk five minutes to check in. We were given a pager and before we could get back outside it went off, Perfect. We went back in and were seated. Our server, Mick, was personable, knowledgeable and just fun to talk to. He is ranked #1 in my long list of past servers. We started our meal with the delicious warm rolls (wish I had the recipe) that were brought to the table as we were seated. We ordered the Cactus Blossom for an appatizer and our drinks. I had the Prime rib with Caesar salad with house dressing and Steak fries. The Prime rib was cooked perfectly, seasoned just enough as to not over power the taste of the meat, and melt in your mouth tender, Perfect. She had the BBQ Chicken and Ribs with Corn and Steak fries. Her meat choices were also prepared perfectly and very tasty. I managed to finish my meal and she needed a box to take home (there was a lot left over). The entire meal with drinks was $60, not bad at all. We will return again for sure.
