Markey Meadow Townhouses

Wow, I can not even say how horrible management is at these townhouses. I believe management needs to pull out some legal books in regards to what is the tenants responsibility and what is the landlords. Also, if something is broken FIX it, it is that simple. We are RENTERS not buyers if we wanted the responsibility of owning a home we WOULD. Rent is significantly to high for what they do. Hire more help if it takes you a year to get to a work order done then that should be a red light. Maintenance and up keep on the property is key. If it is NOT maintained then people are not going to want to live there that is why half of the properties are EMPTY (another red light maybe?) Just something to ponder on Markey Meadows management. If management would get its head on straight these places could be making a lot of money and be completely full. On the plus side i have never had any issues with bugs, neighbors, or anything like that. Sincerely, Concerned Tenant
