We had a very good experience with Air Experts. I found out on a Wednesday morning that our heater needed replacement, and we went to Home Depot that afternoon to look into getting a new unit. Since a snowstorm was forecast for the next day and it was supposed to get extremely cold, we were very concerned about our pipes freezing. We received a call from Air Experts within 10 minutes of leaving the store, and they had Frank contact me to set up an appointment. He was at our home within two hours of our visit to Home Depot. It was obvious that he had extensive experience with HVAC installation, because he was able to point out problems with how our old unit had been installed and let us know how they would do it correctly. He was also very helpful with financing issues and explained what rebates we would be entitled to, so we felt comfortable going with them.

I received a call early the next morning from Phil, who supervises installations. He assured me that they were making every effort to have our unit delivered on a timely basis despite the snowstorm, and he called back that afternoon to let me know that we were tentatively scheduled for installation on Friday morning. He called again early Friday to confirm that they were coming at 9 am, and the installation crew of Paul, Mike, and Steve showed up right on time.

Everything was done very professionally, and all work was completed by 4 pm. Before leaving, they checked out the ductwork in the crawlspace and determined that some ducts were not properly hooked up. We're looking forward to having them take care of this and to finally having an HVAC system that functions properly.

I had heating and air conditioning and hot water system installed by air experts , excellent sevice prompt , very helpful , professional .,highly recommend the service to anyone in need.

Great experience with these guys. I highly recommend them. The guys were very nice and helpful and put my furnace in under two hours. My contractors names were Eddie and Dave.

Air Experts serviced my central air today. It was my first experience with this company and, believe me, it won't be my last! Clay, the Technician was not only thorough, but took the time to explain every detail to me. Both he and Steve, his helper were great. They actually covered their shoes before coming into the house! I LOVE this company and will schedule another appointment for the Spring tune up!

Air Experts tech, Clay was a life saver today when he serviced my central air conditioner. Air Experts is the third air conditioning service that I have used in the past 3 years since I moved into my new home in Manchester Township. My air conditioning was never comfortable, the inside temperature was always close to 80 degrees. The first company did major repairs on my outside compressor and gave me filters that I found out actually blocked cold air from coming in. The second company I called the following year told me there was nothing he could do but create more outlets in my living room, but other than that he felt the home was comfortable. My electric bill was averaging $400 monthly inspite of these interventions and I still was uncomfortable in my home. I decided to take a chance and call one last company for service. Thank God I called Air Experts. Clay explained why my unit was not cooling and did all the necessary work for me. He also explained the difference between filters. I was amazed that I was given the wrong filter by the previous technician. And disappointed that two companies were incompetent but still expected payment and future service. It is refreshing to know that there are still honest companies in the community and that there are employees that are dedicated to do quality work. Thank you Clay.

Air Experts tech Clay was extremely helpful with showing me things I did not know about the thermostate in additon to items regarding the up keep on our air condition unit. Very personable and professional worker. Thank you for your service.

Air Experts is extremely personable! From the second I called the office, they were friendly, knowledgeable, & accommodating. The technician Clay was the same way, he did an amazing job fixing my furnace and left the area spotless. Air Experts will now be doing all my service and maintenance. Do yourself a favor and call them!!!
