I purchased my car over a month ago from Auto Connection and I am absolutely in love! I bought a 2016 Acura with low miles! I had been looking to buy my first car and other dealerships and sales men had been intimidating, secretive and outright rude. Miles and Paul were the two guys I dealt with at auto connection and from the minute I walked in I knew these were the people I’d be buying my truck from. They are easy to talk to, extremely personable and just outright awesome people. They did not have the car I wanted there but went above and beyond to get me the exact one I had wanted in a matter of 3 days. I was blown away by the rates they got me and final purchase price. I had seen a white Dodge Avenger online and went to there dealership and I drove it and fell in love with it, well it was alittle higher in miles and they wanted to get me a better rate, so in a week they found me a black Dodge avenger, well I wound up leaving with it and I still have it. Then last year I brought my daughter to them to get a car. I have known a lot of car salesmen and out of all of them, these guys are honest and if you have a problem they do the right thing. I will hopefully be going back in a few months to pick out another car for myself. Glen and Paul rock!!! Thank You Guys!!

This was my first time purchasing a car, and I have to say Paul and Glenn definitely went out of their way to make the purchase as easy as possible. Unfortunately, the weather and a series of unfortunate events led to the car being extensively damaged, but so far Paul has made many efforts to fix up the car before selling it to me. It still has things that need to be fixed, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them on that, but as for now I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase. Honest guys and honest dealer -- I highly recommend everyone stops by their dealership to purchase a car.

We met Paul 14 years ago when our credit was a mess. He was able to help us and we ended up coming home with 2 cars. We just bought another car from him , making it our 5 th car. I highly recommen Auto Connection if you have bad credit problems. They will not let you go home disappointed and you will leave knowing that they do care and treat you with honesty and friendlyness. I was, with good reason, dubious about going to a used car dealer. I'm an investigator by training and used to carry a shield for the city. I'm trained in interrogation and deceit detection: body gestures, falsification vs. concealment, suggestive uncertainty, use of the second person, response latency, etc.

AutoConection showed me an outfit that lives integrity. Mike Little sold me a great car at a reduced price and gave me $1500 more for my trade than the last dealer offered. The real surprise was the Finance and Insurance backroom: the proverbial lion's den where the transaction falls apart. Not here. My price was what Mike told me and my trade was just as he quoted. Sale price, tax, tags/registration. That was it. They offered me a better rate than my bank - but I was still dubious and ran the numbers on my amortization app. They saved me 2 points. I never write online reviews for anyone but I think its important to identify honest, dedicated businesses that go far beyond the industry baseline. They are what a car dealer once was and should be today. And no, I wasn't paid or influenced in any way to write this.

Mike was great friendly he got me my perfect car and fast. He also did his best to make me a happy customer.

I went to this dealeship, knowing my credit was less than perfect. The whole staff made me feel so welcomed and worked to get me approved.... and they did just that. I went to a few bigger dealers earlier in the week and once they ran my credit they ran me out the door. I was wanna say thank you to the staff at Auto Connection for working so well to go above and beyond the norm..

Stay Away from Auto connection ! Not only will you pay top dollar for a huge lemon but in response to your complaints they will bad mouth you and threaten you. My nephew has been threatened several times and ridiculed by Paul(owner) and Henry plus other employees there. Here is what he said --
Their employee Henry just called me two days ago and told me he wanted to come to my home to discuss it in person. This is just a cute way of stating a threat.This is a man that rarely returned phone calls and was always too busy to fix the needed repairs always telling me it will be fixed "next time" over and over again. The reason for telling me "next time" over and over is because they did not want the warranty company to see that the car needed so many repairs otherwise they would start an investigation. He has called me names along with hostile text messages. These are not good people and you will have nothing but headaches and stress dealing with them plus the loss of your money. They sold me a dangerous car in need of HEAVY repairs and also forged my name on warranty papers. I am now stuck paying every month for this lemon while also having to rent cars.

I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram. Love it. They were so professional and helpful and I drive it off the lot in under an hour. Highly highly recommend auto connection!!

I was referred from a co-worker to see Glenn at Autoconnection. I have good credit and my financing had already taken care of with my credit union. I purchased a Nissan Maxima and am thrilled with. I appreciate the manner in which the dealership treated me and highly recommend them to everyone.

Bought 2 suv's and a car from here....all excellent..Paul the owner is a gentleman and goes out of his way to help..I am in the ministry..and auto connection has helped many of our members with all different issues...all very happy..also I'm retired law enforcement and many brothers and sisters bought from here..all super happy...when going ask for Glenn...he's the best..and really helps in everyway....this place loves cops...and glenn has more pba cards than anyone I ever met..lol...God bless you guys..

I saw an ad on craigslist for bad credit no credit. I live aprox 100 miles away, having credit problems and been told by every dealer from Putnam County to Suffolk County that could get me approved to no avail. I called Auto Connection and spoke with Glenn, who told me to fill out an online credit application to see where I would stand with my credit which I appreciated more than anything cause a drive of 100 miles to be told there was nothing they could do for me would have sent me into space. Glenn told me give him 30 minutes he would get back to me.... not more than 15 mins later, my phone rings, Glenn calls and tells me approved...Once again living 100 miles away I was very optimistic, cause "ONCE" again I was told by numerous dealers the same thing. Glenn assured me I would be driving my car home that day. Guess what.. I DID!!!!!! I just got home with my new 2010 Honda Accord and couldnt be happier. Thank you so much Glenn and Paul.
