        Overall

        Their short-sighted repair failed, they refused a refund, and then they tried to "upsell" us to buy a new system.



        Victory came out to diagnose our broken ac. They forced the compressor to run with a “jumper” capacitor. They claimed they fixed the system. My wife felt the repair might not be right because it was still making the same bad noise as before. They said if needed they would come back and look at it again. My wife felt she had no choice at the point but to sign the work authorization – after the fact. Within three days the system died. We went back to Victory for a refund - their “repair” didn’t work. Their insisted my wife signed their repair authorization so that was that - we had to pay regardless. After 7 months of struggles we finally spoke with Todd Cook the general manager at Victory, He cleared the charges and resolved the issue in our favor. Thank you Todd.
