WORST FLOWER SHOP EVER ORDERED ONLINE AFTER 2 HOURS OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED THEY CALLED ME AND STATED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE VASE FOR THE ARRANGEMENT THEN THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE THE FLOWERS FOR THE ARRANGEMENT. CHANGED THE ARRANGEMENT THEN MY FATHER WENT AND PICKED UP THE ARRANGEMENT AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE 10.00 DELIVERY FEE MANAGER IS A RUDE AS BITCH BARLEY SPEAKS ENGLISH CALLED MY BANK AND FILED REPORT GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY .

IF ONLY I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS!! I live in AZ. I ordered a $140 spray to be delivered for the funeral services of my cousin in NJ. I couldn't possibly go home, so I wanted to send something beautiful to express my love and grief. I spent a great deal of time choosing the appropriate arrangement and florist. I promptly received a confirmation Email and trusted that the flowers would be lovely and arrive on time. I attempted to confirm delivery the morning of the services, however there was no answer (all day) and you can't even leave a message. Nor is there an email address. So, ultimately I had to ask my family members to look for the arrangement at the Funeral Home. How inappropriate! My family is grieving and I'm asking them to look for flowers??? I then called the Funeral Home directly. It was unanimous. THE FLOWERS HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED! This isn't like your mom didn't get the flowers you ordered for Easter or your girlfriend didn't get the roses you sent. THIS WAS MY COUSIN'S FUNERAL!!! This was my last opportunity to honor her life that was robbed by brain cancer. Damn You, Rose Palace. Maybe you thought I wouldn't know because I'm out of state? I will commit the next 24 hours to blasting you on every site I can possibly find. Rest assured that the Funeral Home will NEVER recommend you. You should be ashamed.
