Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

I called the Answering Service at 4am and had a line tech here by 830am. The gentleman who scheduled the appt was kind, informative, and professional. Steven was my Line Cleaner. He was prompt, couteous, and thorough. The five things that I think you should know are 1) first, they sent a line cleaner to unclog my drain and accessed my situation, and offer recommendations. 2) now, I'm waiting on the camera man to exam my lines and see if I have remaining issues that need addressed. 3) Neither of these gentleman are actual plumbers. Not complaining, just being informative, because at this point, my drains are now flowing, and that's pretty awesome! 4) There are coupons on the RotoRooter website. Because of the use of coupons, I feel fine with the cost of Steven's service. 5) Yes, by most people's view, the cost will be hard to swallow. But, once I likened it to going to the Dr, then the lab, then the XR Dept, and back to the Dr for the results, I feel comfortable with the piece mealing of costs. Final answer, it was worth it to me!

Setup an appointment online for between 12pm-4pm on Thanksgiving day. They called about 10:30 or so and asked if I'd like an earlier service time which was great since it is in fact Thanksgiving. Our tech (Dallas) arrived a few minutes earlier than I expected (thank you for that) and was friendly and polite and had the issue resolved in just a few minutes.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Roto-Rooter; we've used them before and will use them again when/if needed. They're awesome. And that goes double for our tech Dallas. Wish everyone I dealt with was as polite, professional, and efficient as he was. Thanks!

Sergey did a great job of finding our bathroom leak and fixing it. He saved our Labor Day weekend...and did it in only one hour!

A technician named Eric came out. He was prompt, curious and very professional. He got our drains flowing free and clear again.

Technician was able to assess the problem with the floor drain in my laundry room and get the clog cleared in about an hour for less than $250 whereas other companies would give me options that would have costed me 3 times as much. Very happy with their service.
