        Do not use this company

        This is weekend number two without hot water. 24 hour service? Laughable, unreachable at all contact numbers. Having to wait until Monday for a third attempt at fixing a simple hot water heater issue. Total joke.

        Came on a Friday, cleaned hot water heater..was advised water would be hot in 40 minutes..they leave, 40 mintues later the problem was not fixed(pilot still won't stay lit). Called Friday evening, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon and all calls (three different numbers)go to a voicemail that says it was full. Weekend with no hot water? Appears as such..Utilizing (IN)Action Services again..Not so much.

        called 10a.m. on a Monday ,gentleman was in a service call and asked if he could call me back in 30 min.3;30 I called him back and left message,tuesday 10:am left another message.still no response!!!!! If you have a plumbing issue go anywhere else these guys are very unprofessioinal and lack customer service.
