Dr. Shamaan is a good doctor, so is the other female doctor. If you need paperwork to be filled out for your job, their record keeper Rosa won't have it ready til 2 months later. Maybe she doesn't know how to do paperwork and she's the rudest record keeper ever. She'll make your visit unbearable. I mentioned it to the doctor but he preferred to keep her for some reason. if you have a morning appointment, you'll be there til evening, you see alot of patients bringing their lunch in with them. I say they're unprofessional because of the receptionists, I've seen the female receptionists sitting on the laps of the male receptionists, they have no office etiquette. One of their nurses tried to draw blood from me and collapsed my vein. I just had enough of their unprofessionalism, I've found another doctor whom I'm very happy with and have given him 5 stars across the board. I don't know about the other patients but I have a life and better things to do than spend the day at a doctors office
