Old Town Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

$80 for garbage disposal, $420 for labor or about $100 an hour. Had to return to fix the ugly cosmetics--3-inch gap between faucet and wall. When asked for an invoice with a breakout of the bill, sent my share of his overhead. Good grief.

They installed a new water heater in my home with out regard to equipment surrounding it. They placed it too close to the furnace not allowing for access to repair the ac blower and motor. They also never called for the city inspection to be completed for the installation. Now my ac needs repair we have already have been without ac for 5 days and they will not come out for another 5 to repair their mistake. We currently have a toddler and an animal in the home. They show no concern in regard to this matter and are not very willing to complete this work. Please never use these people they are rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I will never recommend them and will be contacting the BBB.

He doesn't want to do the job he was called out for. This man should have his Liscense Revolked.Ill NEVER call him again. This man seriously needs counseling. Very Agressive.

This man is Dangerous. He was sent to my house by my insurance company.His assistant told me he refused to work on Mobile Homes. Won't touch them (she said) So I canceled his appointment. He showed up anyway. He refused to look under my house at the leak,lit my hot water tank and said he'd get me a bill. I told him I had turned off my gas and water till the problem was fixed. I said you couldn't see it dripping because I turned the water off. You just turned it back on,please LOOK NOW! He Said NO!I said Aren't You going to Fix the Problem? He said NO! He said he 'd get me a bill! I said for WHAT!!!!! I said, you didn't Do anything. You didn't fix the problem,you didn't even try! I came inside and called American Home Shield. They said just pay him and they would send out another plumber. I said thats all the money I have.I don't have another 55.00. Then he came inside. I told them he refused to fix the leak.He didn't want to get DIRTY! They said if I pay him they wouldn't make me pay the second plumber . (Ive been without water for 4 days now) So I laid the cash on the table and they asked to speak to HIM.I don't know What they said to him but: He slammed my phone down and picked up the cash.He handed me the invoice. I held it in both hands and was looking down at it, and I said you should be ashamed. He Swung his arm and VIOLENTLY Reached out and Threw the money in my face. I was so shocked that I fell into the kitchen cabnets .I have heart disease and am disabled.I cried and had jaw pain all evening.I went to sleep at 2 am and woke up at 4 throwing up.This man is Dangerous to the public.He and his wife own the company.
