If I could give a negative rating I would, a project that should have taken 45-60 days (which I was quoted) has taken over a year to date, countless failed inspections (3 failed insulation, 1 failed framing, 3 failed electrical, 2 failed plumbing, never completed occupancy), trying to cheap out on material and go below code causing more fails, taking shortcuts leading to more failed inspections and more delays, avoiding phone calls/texts and not working for weeks at a time, taking cash and disappearing for weeks, paying for work to be done by a sub contractor to find out he hasn't paid the sub contractors, using sub contractors with licenses not under their own name. There just isn't enough space or time to explain how horrible the service has been and I can't stress enough to avoid this company. Also, we have had to hire our own new contractor to fix a lot of the mistakes he made.
