I spent over five thousand on a new central air conditioning system last August. Just went upstairs and saw that my system is cooling the attic because not enough tape was used on installation. Called the owner and told him I am unhappy with the poor tape job and he stated that I was having an attitude. I explained that I am the customer, not him. To that he replied, "You're not gonna tell me how to run my business!" I told him that customer service is not everyone's strong point and that was the end of the conversation. This was the second call regarding the new unit (which does not cool as well as the one we had before it). A word to the wise.
