Simple Moving Labor

This was the second time I used SML. In both times I used the non-professional movers, three laborers for three hours. The first time I had a good experience. Not the same result with this latest time. Throughout the second move all three workers argued constantly with one another, often using profanity. At first they loaded the truck very efficiently but that changed as time went along. One worker began pressuring the others to hurry because he needed to leave at a specific time. The workers then became reckless carrying the furniture, dragging the leather living room suit, hitting doors, etc. I urged them to be more careful. Plus I requested they use only the front door to bring boxes and furniture in the home. Once I was out of sight they started using all doors. It was a case where they had to be monitored at all times to ensure things were done properly.

Highly recommend this moving company. Affordable and extremely careful with our furniture. They were on time, personable and clearly very proficient at moving items from the house to the truck.We were very pleased with our decision to use this company.Wade
