DID NOT DELIVER EASTER FLOWERS ORDERED in ADVANCE



When asked why not, they said their delivery person had tried, left a message and it was a gated community.



Not so. The flowers were for my mother who lives with my sister in the gated community. Instead of using the keypad at the gate, he telephoned and my mother answered. He asked for the code for the gate which she couldn't give and she asked him to hold while she went for my sister. Being impatient, when they returned he'd hung up and left.



My mother says he was in a hurry and very rude. But, by just leaving my family had no idea who'd sent the flowers and what florist to contact for redelivery. And of course he returned to Bloomtown saying he'd left a message and no one was home. He lied.



Not only did my mother not get Easter Flowers but she's was treated rudely and so was I.



I lost $50 but that doesn't matter. These people deal in emotions but don't seem to realise the consequences but seem content to exploit it.



If i'd seen they had three stars, I would not have ordered from them. Please be aware, they don't even care.

My husband placed an order online for delivery to me while I was at work. The order placement went very smooth and seemed pretty clear. He received an order confirmation via email. I never received the order. Apparently, even though there is NO mention of this policy anywhere on their site (even in the delivery policy) and there was a delivery charge, there is a minimum dollar amount required for them to actually deliver. Had he known this, he could have purchased more or used a different florist but instead, he was left bummed out and upset that I didn't receive the flowers that he had wanted for me. We will definately never use Bloomtown Florist again.

My grandfather passed away on Thursday in Bedford, TX and I live out of state so I opted to have some flowers sent to my grandmother's house. I placed the order online Friday for Saturday delivery. On Saturday at 11 am I received a call that said they did not have the Gladiolus that I had selected and that they have two weddings today that took priority over my small order therefore, they would not be able to help me out. This is Saturday at noon now and I am left scrambling to find a florist to deliver by 2 from 500 miles away. Don't let this happen to you. Use Cooper's florist in Hurst instead. They will take care of you.

My husband has been using only Bloomtown for me because they always do a great job. The head designer hand selects fresh flowers daily and they tend to last a long time. We also used them for a retirement party and they did a fabulous job. Michael is full of ideas!

I just had my wedding this past spring and they did an absolutly AMAZING job. All my guests commented on the flowers during the ceremony and the reception. Their employees are friendly throughout the planning. Bloomtown took care of all my floral needs during the wedding including my portrait bouquet, bridesmaids, flower girls, mother's & grandmother's coursages and many more things that I didn't even think of. They seem to be very well experienced in special events. I highly recommend and trust them.
