Firebox BBQ

Great new addition to Bedford's eateries. Nice atmosphere, plenty of parking. Much better ambience than the Burlington Lester's.Very tasty and wonderful quick service. It's a newbie so bumps are expected.We felt that everything should have been cooked longer to have that "fall off the bone" quality that good bbq should have. Some sides were wonderful -(sweet potatoes).. others not so much. We ordered ribs and chicken platter. Beans had a nice taste (maybe thyme) usually not expected in beans, but tasty. I liked the cole slaw -- my husband really didn't so much. Mac and Cheese -- Okay -- very homemade and not fake tasting, but needs more zip to be a winner. Keep up the good work and get that fall off the bone thing -- Firebox will be a great hit!..We will back soon to sample the sandwiches and other offerings. The menu is much better than most bbq places with many more offerings. Can't wait to see how this place evolves:)

they are just getting up to speed but authentic BBQ (not over sauced and smoked ribs... NOT BOILED and GRILLED) I'll be back. It's just going to keep getting better as they work out the kinks.
