I've called on Al twice...in both cases when my computer had died and I had no computer access at all. In each instance, he was able to see me immediately, recover the data, and completely solve the problem. Al is highly competent, extremely responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I just wanted to write about my experience with Eagle Computer Service. I highly recommend him. I have used this company twice for my personal computer. 1st time was for a total breakdown of my computer due to a nasty virus. He rebuilt my computer, put in more memory and spent many hours on it without charging me the total fee. He did a wonderful job - it was like getting a new computer. The 2nd time - about a year later - I used him again. I bought a new computer and needed all my stuff transferred over from the old computer. Again - wonderful job, spend many hours and didn't charge us the full fee. He's very personable - will go out of his way to meet you to pick up your computer and will deliver it back to you - very stress free and very friendly. He knows what he's doing and he does it with a smile. He wants his clients to be happy and that made us happy. I will definitely use him again if needed.
