They don't answer their phone. Plus they have a new patient form to fill out online, and they say they will get back with you, but they never do. Totaly wasted my time trying to get a new puppy in to see them. Don't waste your time. I'd say, being so rude, not to answer the phone, or get in touch, as their websight says, is very unprofessioanl. I give them negative 5 stars.

I highly recommend Bedford Veterinary Medical Centre, Dr. Medlock and Dr. Waeltz. I have been fortunate enough to have both Dr. Medlock and Dr. Waeltz available to take care of my pets for many, many years. I have always found them to be exremely caring, competent and knowledgeable. They always take time to explain any treatment or procedure needed, and I have never failed to be able to get an appointment for a sick animal, even on a Saturday morning when half the world is there. I have moved to Indianapolis and still drive to Bedford for the care of my dogs and cats. I am very grateful to them and to their staff for everything they do. R. Lewis

March 2011, 5 year old male australian shepard. Took dog to Bedford Veterinary Medical Centre for reddness and swelling on his stomach, and they said he had something on his scrotum. They opened up his scrotum and apparently just left it open over 2 inches wide area exposing his testicles, with no evidence of stitches at all. There are small black stitches at base of penil about one inch away from scrotum where they had made an inscision there, but no stitches on scrotum or evidence that they tried to close up skin or hide. They also charged $31 for heartworm test, after they had told me it would be $20. The receipt shows they did an Orchidectomy which is surgical removal of the testicles. But he still appears to have his testicles and scrotum was left open. The bill was $193 and showed doctor as Dr. Waeltz. Also while I checking him immeadiatly after getting him home, I noticed 3 half buried small tics on his lower stomach where they had shaved him.
