Today I wasted my time by calling them to help with a backed up sewer main in my residential home. I was politely told that on the weekends, they are only available for a specific list of properties.that they take care of.I really dont care that they cant help me....i just wish i could have known in advance.This is an exerpt from their website: From emergency needs, to residential or commercial projects and services, Beaverton Plumbing is ready to provide a fast response and is eager to see how we may help you with any of your plumbing needs. We had a clogged main sewer line. I called and spoke to the receptionist and then the manager about our predicament, a few times and I was very pleased with their customer service over the phone and patience with me as I described what I thought may be a diagnosis and then as they took the time to describe to me a possible diagnosis. The technician came out and, to my surprise, the manager, Joe, as well. Both Brad and Joe were very professional and really easy to work with. They were on track with completing the tasks we discussed would be performed and were very efficient with their time. They were very considerate of the time, since there is an hourly rate. I'm am very pleased with my experience and will always use this company for their scope of work and refer my family, friends, associates and clients to this company.Thank you Beaverton Plumbing!
