Let’s not forget the dough. Our recipe for the perfect dough for our ingredients is such a true example of Italian craftsmanship that we just HAD to name our place “CROSTA”. Our passion for authentic Italian cuisine doesn’t just start and stop at pizza. Our chef driven team focuses on the quaintness of rustic Italian dining with our daily production of house made sausages, roasted lamb, pork and poultry dishes, salads and antipasti that display the charms of the food and warm sense of community found only in Italy.
