I purchased my furniture during the pandemic . Dwayne was my sales guy and he was great, he answered all my questions and helped me a lot. I went back there today and he helped me today. Also he goes above and beyond to help the customers . I appreciate his help. Thank you

NEVER SHOP WITH AMERICAN SIGNATURE!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
1) Everyone tells you something different on when your delivery is for example: I was told that the furniture would be delivered on three separate dates -I took time off work and nothing was delivered.
2) They all lack courtesy: no one calls you to give you an update on if there is a change of delivery or if the order will take longer than usual instead, you have to hunt them down! After you pay, you are in the DARK through the entire process. You will have NO IDEA what is going on with your order and you just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best.
3)Workers are rude, inconsiderate and don't care what happened to your order, never apologetic for THEIR mistakes and won't make an effort to fix their mess ups
4) No one answers the phone, you will stay on hold for a long time and when they pick up, they put you back on hold or disconnect the call
5)If you want a peaceful delivery, order somewhere else otherwise you're going to get ulcers working with people that at American Signature
6) I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I will never buy a furniture from this place. It has been 5 months and the furniture they delivered is incomplete. They are not good with returning calls either.

Love This Store! Have gone outta their way to see that we're happy customers. They sent a repairman to my home,free of charge, to fix the light in my curio when it stopped working- 31/2 years after purchase!
