Grainger Secure Storage

I rented a unit, and am happy with what I'm getting. It's really secure. The owner says when someone opens the gate, he gets an email saying who went in. You would not expect this kind of technology in Bean Station. I'm in the second building. Brand new!

I got a unit when they first opened, so no one else has been in it. I've been there over a year, and the grounds are always clean, and the owner is a real nice guy. Only kudos here. Other storage places could learn a thing of two about customer service from these guys.

I have rented a unit from this company twice. They run their business the way everyone should. It's all automated. You open the gate with your cell phone. The owner gets an email saying who opened the gate and when, everytime someone gets access. My unit is clean, and payment was easy. I pay with my debit card from their website. It amazes me that Bean Station of all places has a modern facility like this.
