Mr. Gunn is a very honest attorney. He has been to court with me several times for child custody. It always turns out good for me. I have visited with Mr. Gunn on a few occasions seeking his advice and wanting him to file more papers on my ex wife. Being a honest attorney he advised me we should wait. He didn't charge me for the visit. Which makes me feel like he isn't out for my money but for the best interest of me and my daughter. I like Mr. Gunn's demeanor he is very upfront and even if he gives me an answer I don't want to hear I know its what I need to do. He has never steered me in the wrong direction. Carol is also outstanding. I have e-mailed Carol on a several occasions and she always responds promptly even if its after hours. If she doesn't have the answer she will always contact Mr. Gunn and get me the answer asap. My experience with attorney is you get what you pay for. I am pleased with what Mr. Gunn has done for me and my daughter.

After getting divorced my Ex was not doing what was best for my two kids and I was pretty desperate for help. I met with David and liked his demeanor so I enlisted him for my cause. He's not the cheapest attorney around but he is fair and well worth the money. After 18 months I now have primary custody of both of my kids thanks to David and Carol!!! There are very few attorneys that can get custody for a father in the State of Texas and I will always be grateful for everything they did!!!

I wanted to commend David and Carol for their exceptional work they did for me in Texas. doesnt return calls, misses hearings,only after a dollar. Less than human when dealing with family disputes.

i used david gunn approx. a year ago. he was honest about everything that needed to be done and keep me informed. he does have problems returning all calls but he is a lawyer and is working on multiple cases. i would recommend him to anybody. my case involved a divorce from another country and he took care of all the work and red tape. great price and his staff was always friendly with me. i would say to anybody to at least sit down and talk with him. that is truly the best way to see if he is the attorney for you. he was the right one for me.

BAD LAWYER AND THE OLD LADY THATS WORKS IN OFFICE IS ALWAYS RUDE! IF YOU ARE IN A CUSTODY BATTLE AND WANT TO WIN DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN! HE WAS LATE TO COURT AND NEVER RETURNS PHONES CALLS,EVER!!
