This place is absurdly terrible. We walked in, and there were 3 parties waiting to be seated, with at least 10 empty tables, but no hostess. We waited over 10 minutes to be seated. Then we waited another 20 to order our drinks, and another 15 before we got them. After another 10 minutes, we were finally able to order. Over 90 minutes after that, we still didn’t have our food, but we noticed that other tables who had ordered way after us had already eaten. I asked our waitress where our food was, and she told me that it had been ready, they were just waiting on one last item to finish. This means that our food had been sitting out to get cold instead of being brought out so we could start eating. We waited 15 MORE MINUTES before I was able to flag her down again, just to ask her to bring out the food which, by now, had been sitting out for at least 20 minutes. After another 10 minutes of nothing, we got up and attempted to speak to the manager, who REFUSED to speak to us. No food, no apology. We just left.

I was not happy at all. I normally love IHOP's food, but this time, it seemed to take forever, even when they weren't that busy. My server took my plate back twice for it being cold, saying each time had been re-made, I think asked to speak to the Manager, a very unpleasant woman, who acted like I was a 'bother'. I thought managers were supposed to be concerned with customer satisfaction as business success. The way I was treated reflected none of these, she was full of attitude and excuses, instead of solutions. I will definitely think twice about returning to this location because it was obvious when I called 'her boss' to report her that they had no interest in customer satisfaction either. Said she had called and told them it was all my fault, that I was too demanding. I doubt the witnesses thought so. I wish the previous staff was still there.....they were always nice to me.

The last few recent visits this IHOP location were eye openers to what management obviously thinks about their employee's and how they are treated. In particular I was very disgusted by the way this one lady who claims to be the general manager treated some of her employees. The general management also seems to be incapable of providing proper customer care, since this madam has become very rude when I tried to talk to her to find out about her reasoning to insult and degrade one of her employees like this. She seems not to have any interpersonal skills whatsoever and should not be holding a position like that. The food was pretty good. The environment ok. Our server was very friendly and gave excellent customer care.
