I get my Optima serviced here and they are always friendly, prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend doing business with them!

Inexperience service techs ruined my optima sx bc they didn't reconnect my breather hose for valve transaxle body cover and when I found it 2wks later it had grease build up in check valve. Was told they cleaned the hose and everything is fine. Everything isn't fine and my car that never had any engine/transmission issues before and only computer or electrical until this dealership let some amateur tech work on my car instead of the master techs that have always worked in it before

Horrible customer service! We purchases a Kia Optima - fully loaded turbo. We PICKED this car. We could have purchased ANY vehicle but this is the car we wanted. When purchasing a Kia, it does not come with a spare tire. That by its self is a no no. You can not be in a car with your family and NOT have a spare! We were going to take the car back, not spend ANOTHER 275.00... the manger Willy agreed to pay 1/2 the cost of the tire, shook our hand and we walked out happy. Took them 6 months (with us calling once a month) now they don't want to pay what they said was owed to us. And to top it off we were lied to! my husband is in law enforcement and likes to think there are still good people out there. they lied to our face, now we are getting the run around. i just WOULDN'T EVER do business with Community Kia again.- or any Community dealership because of the managements actions. We love our car, but not the place WE PICKED to do business with.
