City of Baytown Parks & Recreation

It is nice for the City of Baytown to spend so much money on it Dog Park at Jenkins park. I have notice that it ha spent an enormous amount on Allenbrook Park also, however it seems as thou there was not very much engineering process put it it. After much rain the past few weeks have made the park unusable. The walking path is under water for several days. There seem to be less equipment on the children playground than before.
