Your moving van was very clean and bug-free which is always a concern when moving fabric covered furniture and mattresses. The movers carefully wrapped our furniture to protect it and used blankets for extra cushioning. All when very well with no mishaps. By far, the best moving company I have ever dealt with. Chris does a great job and is very detailed. They moved my belongings with care. They went over and beyond with getting my couch to the second floor, when the stairs were too narrow. I have used them twice in the last year and will keep calling them back.

Our relocation consultant was very helpful and responsive. We had question and made changes and our consultant was there for all our needs. Movers were cooperative and helpful, From the initial estimate to the day of the move, they made the process super easy & fast. The team was very professional, its was a 5 walkup move of 2 b"r from 69 st upper east side to Dumbo Brooklyn. No complains and Very smooth and pleasant moving experience we've ever had. from the office to the Destination movers were polite and respectful. not only to us but with each other we had to put some of our staff in there storage since we moved to a smaller place. the storage rooms are clean and well maintained, movers and storage team were courteous and quick. First things first No matter what anyone says I am not paid to review this company. I used this company on 1/26/2015 to move my STUDIO apartment 25 miles accross Long Island with NO TOLLS. The quote I received was $375, which for such a small move made sense. There were good aspects to this move and bad aspects, so please read before using them.



1. Before agreeing to work with them, I asked if the crew came from Jersey which is where they are located, or Long Island, which is where I lived. The salesman told me they come from Long Island, which was a lie because the driver came from Jersey and charged me tolls for his travel. The tolls were INFLATED beyond belief to $68. I know that's not how much it costs, but they wouldn't budge.



2. They quoted me at $375, which never mentioned all these small little fees I would have to pay. So YES there are HIDDEN charges.



3. The movers were scheduled for 8am, arrived at 10am. No one ever called me, I had to call them twice before getting an answer as to where they were.



4. Once they came, I must say the crew was VERY nice and handled our furniture, boxes etc. with care. The crew chief kept saying there was no extra charge for blankets and that he'd tell me when there would be an extra charge. Of course they didnt tell me. They wrapped my furniture and hit me with a $91 material charge for wrapping it. Obviously another INFLATED number.



5. Once we left my storage unit to drive to my new apartment, they went to get coffee. I made it from the unit to my new apartment in 35 minutes. It took them (2) hours which I was billed for. Another way for them to inflate the charge. The driver kept mentioning accidents which was ridiculous because I had just made the trip myself.



All in all, this is a SAD way to do business. If this company was honest and upfront they would be an awesome company. Their crew was extremely nice, but they lie to you all the time about the most ridiculous things. As if I don't know how much it really costs to buy a roll of wrap and some tape/boxes. Or as if I don't know how much it costs in tolls to get from Jersey to New York.



My advice. Whatever they quote you at DOUBLE the quote and that's what you will probably pay. They handle your furniture with care and are nice and put things where you want them.

My move could not have gone any smoother than this, Very organized, professional, took care of the stuff they moved as its theirs, They showed up right on time and had everything loaded into the truck in an hour and a half. That being said, nothing was damaged and they definitely knew how to pack a truck. I will recommend their service to all my clients and I will not hesitate to use it again when needed.

This company was so polite, caring and honest I couldn't have been more happy with the move, these guys were very professional, gave me a good price, no damage and everything was done very fast but with great quality. These guys carried everything up the stairs I almost wanted to cry of happiness haha and later had a big heated discussion with the super! Everything went according to the plan. Thanks!

These guys are total crooks! We entered in all the stuff we had and where we were moving from and to on their online form and were quoted $475. They then took four hours longer than they quoted us, tried to charge over $1200, and refused to unload any of the stuff on the truck until they were paid this insane amount up front in cash. When we contacted the number on the website we got nowhere with the guy in charge. We gave them as much cash as we had on hand and finally got them to agree to unload the truck while someone went to the bank. When it came time to pay we made them itemize every charge. They had added packing materials that we had not authorized them to use. When they first came they gave us a list of materials and had us check off what we wanted and sign for the amount. They were instructed to ask us before using any other materials. Instead of doing this, they took the liberty of using and adding on $120 worth more than we had signed an agreement for. The head mover scratched out our totals and wrote in his own without consulting us AFTER we had already signed. They also tried to charge us an extra $42.50 by rounding up there time by over half an hour. They also quoted us $95 for one hour of travel and then tried to tell us it was $95 per hour for travel and that we owed for two hours. On top of that, they told us we owed for gas and tolls. No where in our quote or on the website did it mention these charges. When we tried to point out these discrepancies, the mover in charge became rude and argumentative. We finally talked them down to just under $1000 and they agreed to leave. BUT, and here's the kicker, they asked for a tip. We refused.
