Citgo

I've been a customer of what used to be Citgo and is now Techron gas station. I went inside this afternoon to ask to speak to the manager. The attendant who was there tonight on 12/27/08 by the name of Lydia was not only rude, disrespectful, unknowledgeable and did not know or said she did not know the telephone of the gas station so that I can properly address a question/complaint regarding the gas station. I happen to be a resident of Bay Harbor Islands and I've never encountered such rudeness in my entire life.
