        REALLY? NOT! "At Rowleys Tires and Automotive Services, our business philosophy is to give the very best service, hand only quality products, give our customer full value, and treat all our customers and employees the way we would want to be treated ourselves. If we can’t run an honest business, we won’t be in business." Same day my daughter bought 4 new tires she drove out and got a nail in one. She returned and they told her they could not fix her tire and made her buy a 5th tire. Shame on them!! They should have replaced the tire for her. WE WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER!!

        It took longer than usual.I could have got better and faster service but u pay for what u get at the end of the day.

        No guarantees on work

        On the Evap leak in the fuel system. The computer said a code on it. Small leak. Rowly's in Bay City replaced the pump in the gas tank. The light came up again, and so did "small leak". So, i brought it back and they said that there was a small crack in the fuel line hose. Today, the light came back on for the same thing. If it were a small leak, is it possible that all of these things are leaking? I paid this guy $300 already, and they still didn't fix it.I had to pay for both visits For a "small leak'".I wish I would have went to the dealer
