Over all completely disappointed! Scheduled hours in advanced to be picked up from MBS airport at 4:15pm. It wasn’t until the third time I called that I finally got an answer. Finally had a taxi heading my way, which didn’t get to me until 5pm. 45 minutes late and on top it, made me ride with another passenger.

I called Brenda to complain about the situation I had and explained that I was stranded at the airport with my 5yo son for almost an hour. I told her that they had a lack of communication, professional, and customer service. Her response was that forgot to schedule my taxi and that her company ran fluently and hung up on me.

Never using their services again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Monica I'm sorry for your experience we were on our way to you when the flight crew we were picking up after you and you were riding with to MBS asked us to not have another passenger with them as it would make them late getting to airport due to weather and road conditions it was not possible to be on time for the flight crew I would have been 5 minutes late for them. We called you and explained this to you and apologised for the inconvenience due to the pilots make final decision and we were deeply sorry for what this caused you we explained how we are not a company who likes to dissapoint our clients we try extremely hard to provide excellent service and since we didnt do that for you we offered you free services for your future needs we did everything possible to make this right in the future. We didnt want this to happen it was out of our control.
Again were very sorry this had to happen to you and tried to give you as much advance notice as possible for you to get to the airport on time which you did because you arrived before we did so you were not late for your flight and meeting up with your flight crew.

Brenda was our driver she was very polite had a new clean van and was informational as to knowledge of the cities in the area and things to do during our stay in Saginaw. We were here a week and she was on time each day she took us to the job site and brought us back to our hotel.
Thanks so much if back in Michigan again we will definitely be Italy be looking your company up.

They were a no show. Didn’t answer their phone when called. When reached makes up excuses to way they forgot my pick up. Will never use them again

Brenda was awesome. Always on time and helped me out at the hotel that I work at. She was there in a pinch and came when called. She was awesome and I highly recommend her.
