Nothing but absolute love for this facility and all their staff! I brought my dog there several times the past few months and was struggling with cancer. Whenever I called I got right in and Dr. Luoma spent time with me going over new routes of medication and diagnostics. His care and kindness really helped us through. Caitlyn and Veronica showed true compassion and care. These two are by far the best veterinary techinicians around. They understood the pain Bud was in and handle him with gentle arms. When it came down to the end of Bud's road the both set up a private room for us and let us take all the time we needed. I cannot express how much this met to us and our family.

I have had to board my dog several times and they by far are the best facility in town. They have a clean facility and the runs are large with a bed that pulls down so we can bring our own bedding. We rescused our dog from a shelter and he was kind of skittish at times and they did everything they could to make him feel comfortable. Now when we take him he gets so excited he runs in like he owns the place and knows right where to go. It can be loud at times but lets face it, one it is a kennel and you house more than one dog and second how can you control dogs from barking escpecially when they are excited to see people. I love the fact that I can relax knowing that my pet is being very well taken care of

I just took my dog there last weekend August 6, 2010 and he was horrified, the place stunk, small kennels and the other dogs were going crazy, my dog was so scared and when I picked him up, he had no blanket and I asked specifically a couple of times to make sure he had a blanket so he didn't have to sleep on the wet urinated floor....well he never had one. When we got there he was laying down in his kennel and was so scared he wouldn't get up at first and when he came home he has a bladder infection....I wasn't there obviously but I don't believe he was let out enough....and they wanted to charge $35 to bathe him.....he smelled good when I dropped him off....he stunk horribly when we picked him up.....I highly recommend NOT taking your pets to this place....to me if there is a place that has only certain pick up times for pets well then they are not taking care of your pet....there should be someone there very frequently to let them out and to feed....so pick up times should not matter.....I feel I could go on because I am disgusted....but I am sure you get the gist of everything.
