City Cab

Everytime I call for a cab, the women who answers the phone was VERY rude. She talks to me like I'm a child when I am in my early 20's. When I ask her for a cab to my house, she always said 45 minutes to a hour. I wait almost 3 HOURS for a cab to work. Every time I call and ask her about my cab, she said the same thing over and over again 45 to a hour wait. By the time it came down for me to be at work, still no cab found. The women won't even answer my calls anymore. So I had to call my boss and tell them my problem and said I don't have to come in that day. I was working 8 hours plus $2 more than I was making already. So I call them women to cancel and She hangs up on me yet again. About sometime in the afternoon I seen a Cab pull up to my house and I asked why was they here. The driver said "your cab is here to take you to work". I explained to them i cancelled my cab cause I was already late, come to find out the women didnt tell the cab driver about me cancelling my cab. The company has a very rude women working the phones, and should not be working there anymore. I'm very dissapointed in how the cab company are now a days. Never calling for Battle Creek Cab anymore.

I used to drive for battle Creek taxi back in the day and these guys are the reason why the cab company shut down they were called yellow cab at the time they stole our calls by using handheld scanners and owned by Ross Yancy I still drive cab but out here in Idaho.my boss out here has the up most respect and professionalism for the customers out here and no customer has ever waited more then 15 minutes for a taxi out here the vans are clean and kept that way us as drivers also have lots of respect and professionalism for our customers because without the customer there would be no cab company.the unprofessionalism that the cab company there shows to the customers would not fly here that company would not last that long so for the customers that wrote the reviews iam so greatful that you have shown to other respectable cab drivers like myself on how not to run a cab company and also sorry that you had to endure the unprofessionalism from them

Unprofessional and liars
I'm a truck driver and decided I wanted to try my luck at the casino after parking my semi at TA. Called and got a ride right over no problem. when I called and needed a ride back he said 15 mins, I said "ok" and waited... 20 minutes later this a#$hole dispatcher called and said the cab has been waiting and going to leave me??? "I'm waiting out front at valet where he dropped me off" Then he hung up on me. I had to walk back to TA, which I will say was not that bad. NEVER AGAIN will I call this company for a ride anywhere in this area

Owner was a gigantic jerk on the phone! Completely unprofessional! He seemed totally offended that I wasn't familiar with his company. Well, I live here, & it's not a big city. I've never had a need to take a cab before. Get over yourself!

The website says they take plastic but the driver DO NOT!!! Car smells like they smoke in it all day long

they left me waiting for 2 hrs after i called them they are rude on phone better business bureau they should be all fired or shut down

I got excellent personal service from our driver Skip. I would call this company any time and I would ask for Skip. Great service from Amtrak station to the Zoo and back. It made visiting Battle Creek extra special.

This the worst cab ever. They are the only cab in town and act like it. Don't care about their customers or drivers, let people take your cab, and never show up in a reasonable time. The prices they charge are outrageous and the dispatchers are rude. They are lucky that there is no one else in town but they benefit from it because other wise no one would call them. The worst cab company I have ever dept with.
