I went for a body wrap and it was so relaxing for mind and body. My skin feels so smooth and soft after her home-made scrub, which smelled amazing. Rebecca then convinced me saying she was the best massage I would ever have had so I figured to give her a shot and she proved herself right. It wasn't your normal cookie-cutter massage. It was tailored to my body's needs and where I was hurting. I honestly left feeling rejuvenated. It really was the best massage I've ever had! Thank you Rebecca!

Rebecca gives one of the best massages I've ever had! As someone with chronic neck and back aches and pains, I felt better after my massage than I have in a LONG time. You got a problem? She'll work her magic. (Oh, and go for the deep tissue massage, you will not regret it.)

Rebecca hands down gave me the best massage and facial I've ever had, and I've had quite a few massages and facials at various businesses in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. She was able to work out most of my kinks and identified my trouble spots quickly. That's real talent in a massage therapist. The hour-long facial was a treat, and all the products Rebecca used smelled divine. I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. My skin looks beautiful. I look forward to another spa day with Rebecca soon.

I suffer from back pain on an almost daily basis. I received the cupping massage on Friday and have felt a considerable decrease in tension for the remainder of the weekend. The cups left a mark, but surprisingly I felt no superficial tissue pain. Rebecca was very knowledgeable and would recommend this to anyone with muscular tension.

Molly 1/30/14 - Rebecca is amazing! She personalized my 60 minute massage to my problem areas which was a nice vacation from the generic massages I'm used to at other spas. She went above and beyond to take care of me and even threw in some micro-dermabrasion and gave me some great tips on skin care. The setting is so relaxing and she made me feel so special. I will definitely be returning for more massages and even try out the facials!

Today I had a facial and micro-dermabrasion treatment. Rebecca was extremely .knowledgable and professional. The setting was very relaxing and I really like the way my face feels and looks. She gave me lots of tips on how to care for my face with natural ingredients. I already made an appointment for another treatment in a month. She also added a mini neck and shoulder massage which was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend her.

I got a 60 minute massage for Christmas from my boyfriend. It was one of the most thoughtful gift I have ever received. This was my first massage and it was a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was very relaxing. For any future massages I may have I plan to return to Vida Pura Spa.

This was my first time ever getting a facial and I was far from disappointed. From start to finish Kara maintains her goal in keeping you relaxed. The aromas were magnificent, as well as the hand and foot massage. My eyebrows looked great, just in time for my graduation. I can not wait to schedule another appointment with her!

I am not a massage expert but I have been to probably 6-7 spas in the greater Baton Rouge area and at least a dozen massage therapists. I enjoyed the explanations and the technique. Pre-stretching for a massage was new, and I think helped!



We did a deep tissue and talked about fire cupping and I decided to give it a shot. I really think it helped overall, and I can't lie the marks do look crazy! I had a dinner party the following night and somehow it was brought up and everyone wanted to see!



Please give her a shot if you want to try something, new and unique, or if you want a conventional massage.

Rebecca is amazing! I have been to several spas in Baton Rouge and have been disappointed time after time. Rebecca is extremely friendly and made my back feel like a million bucks. Not only is she a great therapist, but she is also extremely knowledgable about supplements and natural remedies. In addition to my massage I had a mud wrap which left my skin incredibly soft. The entire experience was great and I can't wait to return. She is by far the best so don't waste your money at Paris Parker, Bumble Lane, etc!

This was a wonderful experience. I had not had a massage in 6 yrs and I am at work today still as relaxed as I was when Rebecca finished. Thank you Rebecca see you next month!

The Spa and massage from Rebecca were wonderful. It was very relaxing. This is a very professional and comfortable atmosphere, clean as well. I will be back. Rebecca knows what she is doing!

Vida Supra provides a calm, tranquil environment . Super clean!! Rebecca is amazing. Her soothing massages creates a calmness that (don't laugh) had me drooling! Ha.

Rebecca customized my massage to my requests but went the extra mile to focus on what she could sense that I needed. I didn't even realize how much I needed the extra care given to my neck and shoulders. I feel 10x better and am refreshed for my everyday work and life. Thanks Rebecca!
