Turnberry Place Apartments

Very disappointed with so many things at Turnberry Place. One of the main things being the paper thin walls. I can hear everything that goes on in my apartment from any location in the apartment, not to mention that I can also hear everything in the neighboring apartments. I have to make several calls to the office about the same maintenance issue for them to finally address the situation. The management team in the office seem to be indifferent to every and all situations that would normally require their attention. I, along with many of my neighbors, find them to be generally unhelpful and uncaring. I signed a lease that included free water and a few months later had to start paying $15 a month for the water. Every few months or so my neighbors and I are greeted by the most unpleasant smell of sewage in the air as we step outside, i have walked around the complex and it only gets worse in certain areas. It would be nice if I felt like I was a valued tenant and that any simple request wouldn't turn out to be a complete waste of my time. Unfortunately management makes me and several other tenants feel like burdens.

If you are considering Turnberry Place apartments - DON'T DO IT!!! Besides the fact that there is absolutely NO covered parking and the units are nothing special, the plumbing backs up on a regular basis and there is dog crap everywhere you walk outside. But the real kicker is the management - they are THE WORST I have ever encountered. They were very friendly when I came to tour the complex and when I was signing my life away - but I, along with many other tenants I now know, found out the hard way that this place is a joke. They seem to forget very quickly that their tenants are their customers and that customers deserve respect and common courtesy. I won't go into detail, but please trust me when I say that for the rent they charge "YOU CAN DO MUCH BETTER".
