Tiger Airport Shuttle, LLC

Customer arrived at airport and the shuttle arrived two 1/2 hours late. The charge to Best Western on Lobdell is $22.00 they overcharged a blind lady $50.00, which is more than double the fare. $28.00 dollar over charge. They also notified that will not refund her money. So they basically high jacked this blind lady. Super Poor Service. I do not recommend this service, they are 65% of the time on time. Thumbs down. You don't rip off a disabled person, that's cut-throat.

Tiger airport shuttle is FIRST CLASS!!! My elderly father has dementia & gets extremely confused. I was apprehensive with the idea of him flying alone. The driver helped him in & out the vehicle & carried his bags. He was polite, helpful & the vehicle was immaculate! I would100% recommend this service to anyone!

Used the shuttle to New Orleans on arrival and departure . Our driver was one of the nicest courteous people I've met but we were late getting to the airport for our departing flight causing us to miss it. I can not recommend this service to anyone. Fly into New Orleans instead.

This is least expensive way to travel between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.

I used Tiger Airport Shuttle recently and they were great. I was in Baton Rouge to attend the 2 day Bayou Country Super Fest at LSU. Tiger Airport Shuttle picked me up at my hotel, dropped me off right by the stadium, and gave me a map of the campus with the pick up location clearly marked. I had never been to the LSU campus before but found it very easy to get to the designated pick up point to meet the shuttle after the concert. It was only a short walk from the stadium and the shuttles were waiting to take us back to our hotel. Very friendly drivers. Best of all, the roundtrip fare was only $35.00. Can't beat a bargin like that. Super company, super people!

Excellent price. Friendly, courteous driver. The van was very clean and I was picked up at the time and location I requested. Much less expensive than a taxi or limo. I highly recommend Tiger Airport Shuttle.

I went to buy some things for a psp. The guy there was so knowledgeable and so helpful. I will go back just because he was so helpful. Of course they are kids, but kids aren't like they used to be. Its nice when they are helpful.
