St Jean Apartments

I singed my lease two days ago. Upon moving in we found that the apartment was not adequatly cleaned or made ready for our move in. I was told that I would be getting brand new floors before I moved in and that was a complete fabrication. There is roach residue all over the place (in the cabinets, around light fixtures, in closets, on Window seals & around the floor boards) and to put the icing on the cake, the kitchen sink is leeking so much that the wood under the sink is warped. All they did was painted the wood and tied a bag under the sink to contain the leek. The walls and doors look like paint was thrown at them and smirred around instead of properly painted. Idk what to do. The lease is signed and I refret it already.

Beware!!! Don't move to this complex! If you like loud music, thugs hanging out on the stairs, unruly kids, and crappy maintenance, then maybe you will like it. However, if you are a decent person, stay away!!!

This apartment complex is great. It is a good community and I feel get moving here. I feel same and the leasing mangers are exceptional workers. I would reccomend this place to any one.
