I've been putting off writing a review for a while. I've been a tenant here since July 2014 to give you some perspective on how long I've lived here. I look forward to moving out towards the end of this year. It's not safe. It's not cheap. It's low quality. Courtesy officers are anything but courteous or caring. And they allow construction to be done in the middle of the night right beside your apartment building, hence why I'm up typing this out right at this moment at 12:54 AM February 9, 2016. Stay away. Stay far, far away. My car has been damaged due to others placing their trash right up against it, which included an old dishwasher, rocking chair, garbage bags. And in case you're wondering, my car was nowhere near the dumpster. It's as if someone purposefully placed it against my car. $780 a month for 1br/1bth? I paid $740 a month for a 2 bedroom 1 bath in Gulfport, MS and had far better service than this dump. I look forward to my lease ending toward the end of this year.

Slum lords!!!! Do NOT move here!!! Read the reviews first! I wish I would have done that. Air conditioning sucks, maintenance has to be called ALWAYS for thisissue. My ceiling was leaking for days. They would "fix" it but then had to come back every other day to work on it over and over. Very crime and drug ridden. Not a good place for anyone with children! When you complain about it they tell you to call the cops. Why should that be my responsibility? I am paying money to stay somewhere I feel safe. God forbid don't get a crack in your blinds. They will tell you that you are in violation of your lease and charge you $75.00. I also told them no one had my permission to enter if I wasn't there. Obviously that didn't matter because

They went in there anyway!! Last two months there has been a flea infestation. I went to the office to address this and asked if they sprayed and was told yes. I assumed someone would spray outside. Nope. Got so bad my pets and I had to move out! We were getting ate up by fleas everyday!! I spent about $300.00 to try to get rid of them. So I had to move out. Once I said something about it the second time they said they would spray. Next week I came back to get more of my belongings but could not stand to be in the apartment for more than 5 mins. I literally had fleas on my legs and feet within second. You could see them crawling on you. Same thing happened to my roommate and someone helping me move. Complained again. They said they would spray, again,At the end of the week! This is unacceptable!! What if I had no other place to go? All I wanted to do was break my lease for the last month. That's all. I was told "it doesn't work like that". Even outside is infested when you walk through the grass the jump on you. I wouldn't be so upset if someone maybe acted like they cared or showed some concern. I really wish I would have read the reviews on this place before I moved in. Thankfully I am at a place now where I won't have to move. It's great to come home and my house not smell like weed bc my neighbors smoked weed all day. Lesson learned!!!! Do not rent here!!!!!
