        Almost lost my business today. After a series of unfortunate events today Nissan almost lost a customer. On the other hand Mrs. Angela came out of the woodworks and made the day. Everything worked out just fine once she stepped in. Thanks again Nissan.

        Don’t ever schedule an appointment with these people for service work. Had a 10 am appointment to get 4 locking lugs removed and 4 regular ones put back on. After setting the 10 an appointment I’m still here at 11:40 for 4 LUG NUTS.

        Chris Conrad was amazing along with all the other staff. So pleased ! Definitely recommend these people. Car buying can be stressful. But this team was absolutely amazing. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

        Dale Martin, General Sales Man...

        Dale Martin, General Sales Manager of ROYAL SUZUKI, sent a “signed” letter with pricing for a new car. I visited the lot, was shown the car, took a test drive, and confirmed pricing (twice) with the flyer. I was promised there were No Gimmicks (as stated on the flyer). I made an appointment for the next morning and asked them to start the paperwork. My daughter, excited about picking up her new car that I thought we had settled the price on, was up at 6AM to go pick up her new car. She beat me to the dealership and was told they would not sell her to car for the agreed to price. She was heartbroken. Please, don’t fall for this Gimmick. You will be disappointed.
