Great Experience!! Loved my time there.

I feel that I have gotten nothing but best treatment & would recommend this clinic to anyone! I ALWAYs had my questions answered and was told the road we would/could travel. That is the road we have traveled. Sometimes it is necessary to communicate to receive answers.

I am NOT at all satisfied with the help that I have received at this clinic. The doctor seems to have lost interest in finding any relief with my pain problem. Each time I visit my next appointment is scheduled for a longer time apart than the last. My doctor has me come in and spends a whole of 5 minutes with me. And the last thing you want to do is call in for an appointment, you will be on hold for hours.

Put me down as another DISSATISFIED customer.

I personally am not impressed. I have been seeing a neurolegist there for over a year. I was finally refered to an associate for a second opinion. After showing up for the appointment, he didn't even know why I was there until I told him that I thought it was for a second opinion and he went out to check on that. He refered me to a pain management doctor who offered a method to control the pain. We did a trial test that I was warned was temporary and the stimulas might move. It did move, but when I positioned my back in a manner that it was where it should be it worked. After calling back the following Monday to say that I felt like it was worth proceeding, I had to was told that a neurosurgeon would contact me. I had to called back a week later to tell the nurse that I hadn't been called back. She finally got someone to call me back and set up an appointment and informed me that an MRI would need to be done. OK.



WHEN I SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT, 30 MINUTES EARLY, THE DOCTOR WAS 2 HOURS LATE AND INDICATED ORIGINALLY THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW WHY I WAS THERE. WHEN HE REALIZED WHY I WAS THERE, HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THAT THERE WAS AN MRI AND X-RAY DONE THE PREVIOUS AFTERNOON FOR THE APPOINTMENT SET UP BY HIS NURSE BECAUSE HE WOULD NEED IT. I AM NOW LEFT WITH WAITING FOR A CARDIOLOGY TEST AND FOR HIM TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE PAIN MANAGEMENT DOCTOR THAT REFERED ME TO HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE FOR THIS SURGERY. IN THE MEAN TIME I AM QUITE OFTEN IN SERIOUS PAIN WITH NO ONE OFFERING A METHOD TO CONTROL IT. I AM NOW QUESTIONING WHETHER I WANT ANYONE AT THIS CLINIC PERFORMING ANY OTHER SERVICES FOR ME.
