Legacy Medical Transportation

I called to inquire about Medical transportation and the call was not professional. Someone answered without identifying their name or the business name. The person that answered was also muffled and difficult to understand. I identified myself and asked if this was "AA medical Transportation" and employee refused to answer and rudely asked who I was. I identified myself for a second time and asked if I called the correct number for the business. I was told yes, it was "AA medical transportation" and rudely asked what I want. I could barely get through a question before being cut off. It felt clear that whoever answers the phone was not interested in customer service. I would not feel comfortable doing business with the agency or allowing them to transfer a patient or loved one.
