ILKB-BR has the most friendliest staff I’ve experienced with a gym in quite a while. They are always willing to help and provide suggestions to get you on track to your fitness goals. The workout is fun and engaging, but also motivating to want get you to return for more. You can get a workout that covers all aspects of your body while getting fit and not realizing it. The gym is always clean as well as the other facilities we use so much so that you can walk around barefoot. Kickboxing is a must if you’re looking for a fun way to get into shape without always doing the same redundant workouts!

From day one, when you walk through the door, you’re family. Every class, you’re pushed a little bit harder, your technique gets a little better and you feel a little stronger. When you initially join and doubt sets in and believe me it does, there is always someone there motivating and encouraging you not to give up. There are days when you’re tired and regret walking through those doors and the ILKB family finds a way that you leave happier then you came and yearning for more. My ILKB (BRstrong) family produces an atmosphere where I can relax, have fun, be myself and burn a ton of calories. I couldn’t ask for a better workout environment.
