Chabill's Tire & Auto Service

I am new to area. Had flat tire. Brought it to Chabill's for repair. After 2 days hadn't heard back. Went by on 3rd day. Manager very apologetic - had misplaced my contact info. Immediately took responsibility for error. Put tire on car & replaced spare very quickly. Didn't charge for repair due to their mistake in misplacing contact info. They did the work well & I would have been happy to pay for service. I will continue to use Chabill's for my automotive needs as I appreciate quality of their work & willingness to take responsibility for error.

Brought car in for a noise in front end. After their inspection call and tell me its the tie rods that need to be changed. After paying $900 for that the car is still making the same noise. Very unhappy customer at this time. I will be calling them tomorrow and letting them know.

They did an excellent job. They were very nice and quick. I will recommend my family and friends. I will come back again!!!!
