Great clothing. Great Shoes. Great accessories. Great service. Great prices. I LOVE shopping at all 4 of Bella Bella's locations. I have never had a problem with service or merchandise. I would recommend this store to anyone!
Cute clothes but very cheaply made. Quite a few of my daughter's clothes ripped. I tried to bring one back as she only wore it once. I brought it back within 2 weeks and they would not take it back. The girl sat there and hand sewed it with a needle and tread. I really did not want my daughter to keep it because it was so cheap made. Also, I have bought shoes there, UGH!!! cute, expensive but cheap!!! I had to bring 2 pairs of sandals back on different occasions. One pair the sole total came off. Brought it back they gave me another pair. The sole came off again. The other pair the sole actually broke in half.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may have had it our Bocage location. We try to keep to carry the most fashionable as well as high-quality brands to stock our store. However, proper care must be taken for all the brands we carry. We hope proper care was taken on your daughter's ripped clothing before posting a negative review about our business. If you notice the majority of our brands are dry clean only or hand wash only. If proper care was taken, we apologize for the quality of the brand and would like to know what brand it was so we can prevent this from happening in the future. Also, our return policy is within 7 days of purchase so if you came in two weeks later there was probably not much more the sales associate could do for you since it was past the return date. We tend to make our policy 7 days because vendors will not allow us to return items after two weeks from the ship date. Again, we apologize for the problems you have had and would like to know the brands that you've had trouble with. Please keep in mind we do not make our clothing or shoes. All we can do is speak with the vendors about these issues. Thank you for your business.
Ela's is a wonderful place to shop for all of your fashion needs. She (Ela) makes certain she is providing the customer (us) with the latest trends for all seasons and also provides a great selection of the basic classic things needed for a custom look wardrobe. Better than that, Ela and her staff are excellent at helping you if would like their assistance and also keen enough to know when to just let you browse. They are polite and kind hearted and deserve all the business you could send their way. You will not regret it!!
By the way - they also have great evening wear/ formals, and I purchased my mother of the bride dress there as well. She has it all!!!
Ela's is a wonderful clothing boutique for the full figured woman. She has gorgeous clothes to choose from. Ela and her staff make you feel wonderful and gorgeous!
