I have been a patient here for 5 years now and have had several procedures. Each consultation has been very professional and informative..with a few options given to me and the choices were mine to make with Dr Cook's input. I couldn't be happier with the atmosphere and their collective customer service-from the desk to the chair and back! I actually left a larger office because of their cold uncaring atmosphere and condescending hygienists.
Bath Family Dental has been very helpful in correcting some of my not so great habits through education and a genuine attitude of caring about their patients.
Over the years I have seen a wide variety of patients being taken care of very well and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone regardless of dental condition or age!

Last month I visited Dr. Tammy Cook for the 1st time and I've thought long and hard and finally decided to leave a review. I'm 51 years old and moved to Bath just over a year ago after visiting for 25 years. I haven't had a cavity since the 4th grade primarily because I brush, floss and regularly see a dentist.

During my cleaning Dr. Cook popped in for a few minutes, said I didn't have any cavities, some old fillings would likely need work and I would need a two appointment cleaning and left.

I asked the wonderful hygienist (she is also a private pilot and we connected over the common love of flying) if she would finished up assuming I wasn't coming back in a week. At the reception desk I made an appointment for the following year and said I wasn't coming back for the additional cleaning.

A week later I got a form letter saying that "we were not a good match" and telling me to find another dentist. What a hassle. My initial exam cost $390 and I saw the Dr. For maybe three minutes.
