Kunz Equipment

I bought a Stihl bg55 blower from here and took it in for flooding non start issues 3 times in a year and a half I tried to use it. Kunz did nothing more than replace the plug 3 times even though the background on this unit is known to be defective and has starting issues, see Consumer Reports reviews , and would not replace or offer credit for another unit. The last time I took it in they had it for over a month and I called Stihls district manager to tell them about my problem with this dealer, the next day Kunz called to say come pick it up it only needed a new plug again!!!!! Ill never buy any Stihl product again and will not recommend Kunz for anything. They couldn't even honor the 2 year factory warranty on it , that wouldnt have cost them a dime to admit it was a bad product. I would like to say I bought a Hatahchi blower that starts on the first pull every time from a bigbox store, and Rumpke got the Stihl blower, so much for supporting local business.
